As an experienced event rental company wedding expos aren’t something new, but participating in the Seattle Wedding Show was new for us this year. A lot time goes into planning a booth, much like planning a wedding. We had a lot of fun thinking up the perfect color scheme and theme to make brides swoon!
Inspired by trends of smoky colors and intimate dinner parties we had the perfect starting point. Slate blue has been a fan favorite around the office as has our famed copper sequins linens, it was only natural that they would make the cut. With greenery on the mind we knew Bamboo would be the perfect addition to our pallet, and Café (our blush tone) would complete our vision. We ended up designing a booth that was urban, organic, and simply elegant!

Organic elements were a big component of our booth design, complementing our color scheme and an ode to on the rise trends. Luckily for us we have amazing rental items that took our vision to a new level. Using our farm table with a eucalyptus runner we were able to achieve that intimate dinner party look. Our tent equipped with all the bells and whistles (chandeliers, ooh la la!) provided just the right amount of glamour to balance the natural, rustic wood.
The Fruitwood arch tied the whole thing together. How amazing does that asymmetrical flower arrangement look?!
Our café satin linen paired with our Spiral tableware made the perfect neutral base to showcase this mixed metals look!
All in all we had a blast in Seattle! It was great to be there and see all of our industry friends and to meet new friends along the way. We loved getting a change to speak with all the brides and grooms and to help them achieve their dream wedding day!
