How to Order Online

We are so excited to announce that we have a new website! Well not super new, but we are just now getting a chance to talk about it! Browse the online catalog to view items and current pricing, or get some inspiration for your event. Whatever you may need this new site is a one stop shop for at home planning if you are unable to make it to our showroom.

Our favorite new feature of the site is the quote request function. Now you are able to shop our site and add items to a cart and from there we will be able to provide you with an accurate price quote. We made an info graphic to help walk you through the process.

Browse

Browse through our online catalog to find what you need for your next event. With multiple categories and hundreds of rental items we are sure you will find what you are looking for. Along with visuals of each item we also include current pricing.

Add to Cart

See what you need? Just click "Add To My Cart" to add to your quote request. Pretty self explanatory and totally easy to do. Just make sure you put in the quantity needed for each item you add. This will help us provide the most accurate price quote for you.

Pro Tip! Silverware comes in packs of 10; Plates come in racks of 20; Napkins come in packs of 10; Glassware comes in racks of 12, 16, 25, or 36.

Submit

Once you're done adding items to your cart, just click "Check Out", fill out your information and submit. When you are filling out your information make sure that you give us all your information. Meaning if you are inquiring about delivery we will need to know the address that we would be going to, and if you need to be in and out of a venue in the same day let us know! Having this information will better help us understand your needs and your venues restrictions.

Pro Tip! Orders must meet minimum of $150 in rental items before tax and other fees to be considered for delivery. Delivery fees are dependent on the city in which they will be delivered to. Other fees may apply dependent on delivery specifications such as special times and/or after hour needs.

Quote

Once you submit your quote request we will respond via email within 24-48 hrs with a formal price quote. The quote requests are emailed to us. Sometimes we are unable to get to the email right away as we are working with other customers, but we will do our best to respond you as soon as possible. We are able to input your request into our system and check availability and create your quote. Once we have done this we will send you an email with an attached copy of your official quote. From there you will be able to review it and please ask us all your questions! We want to make this process as easy as possible for you because we know planning can be stressful!

Pro Tip! Some items (i.e.: tents and other delivery only items) may require us to reach out and gather more information before we are able to draft up your price quote.

Payment

Turn your quote into a reservation by calling in or stop by with a 20% deposit to hold your items. It is important to note that this money will go towards your final balance; it is not an additional fee. Once money has been put down on your order you are able to make as many changes as you need, up until 10 days prior to pick up, or delivery.

Pick Up / Delivery

In-store pick up or deliveries will occur 1-2 days prior to your event, anytime during our business hours. Our mission at American Party Place is to make this an easy process for our customers. We know that events take place over a few days and not all in one day. This is way we work with you and are flexible in allowing a 3 day rental for a 1 day price.

Pro Tip 1: If you are not the one picking up make sure whoever is knows what name the order is under. Also, to make the process easier call in ahead of time and pay the balance and let us know who is picking up.

Pro Tip 2: Know your venue's policies on drop off and pick up before hand. Do they allow deliveries on Friday's and pick up on Monday's? or, Do they require you to be in and out of the venue in the same day? Knowing this information will help us create the most accurate quote for for you.

Enjoy

Yay! You've received your items, time to enjoy the party! The best part is your items will be due back the next day or even the day after. Make sure that you or who ever is designated to bring everything back knows where and when to return.

Pro Tip! If any problems occur let us know right way! This will alert us to the problem and if something goes wrong during business hours we are always more than happy to help fix the problem. If we are closed still let us know, leave a voicemail or send an email explaining the problem.
